The Secret To An Amazing Shish Kabob Recipe
In my making this Steak & Chicken Shish Kabob recipe dozens of times there are two tricks for amazing results.
- The first is to use fresh meat. Frozen meat will do, but, it's just not the same as using fresh.
- The second trick is to marinate the meat overnight in Ziploc bags. Typically I would put the kabobs together, place in a baking dish and then pour the dale sauce on. But the dale sauce has salt which helps to break down the meat. It really does soften the meat up and makes it DELICIOUS!
- Next, make sure that your grill is super hot and clean for the best results!
*UPDATE: A few of you have emailed saying you can't find Dale Sauce in your local grocery. You can order the Dale Sauce on Amazon…it's a MUST! It breaks down the fat which makes the meat super tender. (I make a few cents off the sale which helps keep the site running smoothly. So if you purchase Thank You!)
