This Genuine BMW shift knob is about 3/4" shorter than the "standard" shift knobs and is weighted (5.4oz) to give a better, more substantial, shifter feel for the driver. We love the subtle, yet noticeable improvement this makes in the "feel" of gear changes. It's also identical in size/shape/weight to the shift knob that came on the E46 330 ZHP, and is available in either 5 speed or 6 speed gear shift patterns.

These factory BMW Performance pedals are a direct replacement for the original rubber pedal pads and are a perfect complement to the BMW interior finish and trim. These pedals fit most BMWs with a manual, SMG, or DCT transmission. These are a stylish and functional upgrade that you will appreciate every time you're 'dancing on the pedals'.

These BMW pedals feature a brushed aluminum surface with raised rubber inserts. The kit includes aluminum clutch, brake, and accelerator pedals that are screwed to the stock pedal assemblies (flush-fit hardware and drilling templates included). The clutch pedal is not used on the SMG and DCT-equipped models. A matching aluminum footrest is optional (see below).

This kit was originally designed to fit the E46, E82, and E90/E92 but it's also a great upgrade on most BMW manual-equipped cars from 1984 to today because BMW has continued to use the same rubber pedal pads that these replace.

Got a squeaky clutch pedal arm driving you insane? Is it also sloppy, and slipping to the side?

Quite simply, it is well-known that BMW's original clutch arm bushings are the culprit for these annoying problems. You can lubricate, replace, curse, even murmur obscure voodoo prayers - but none of that will work.

The Solution:

By simply replacing the stock bushings with the UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight polycetal) UUC Motorwerks Clutch Arm Bushings, you can permanently get rid of that annoying squeak and the side-slop.

The great advantage of UHMW over other materials is the superior long-term wear characteristics and self-lubricating properties.

If the clutch pedal arm has become worn, we also recommend replacing the clutch pedal arm. E36 Z3 Clutch Arm or E46 Clutch Arm

Recaro Universal Seat Sliders

If you want fore-aft adjustment on your Recaro seat you will need a set of sliders. These are the genuine Recaro sliders that are some of the finest quality that we have seen. The sliders fit between the vehicle adapter and the seat brackets. There are two types depending on how your floor adapters work - without tabs and with tabs.

Recaro Seat Slider types -
Without Tabs - offers the lowest possible seating position - the total height of the sliders is 22mm (7/8"); the sliders are sandwiched between the floor mount and seat; the bolts install to the floor mount perpendicular to the ground; works with flat Macht Schnell or VAC style floor mounts only.
With Tabs - the sliders have tabs on each end with three height positions; the positions allow height and rake adjustments but means it's taller than the version without tabs - total height with the tabs is 58mm (2.25"); the tabs mean the mounting bolts install parallel to the ground; some floor mounts require the tab style (Wedge Engineering for example).

The Recaro sliders are all steel - pulling the handle moves teeth on two tracks which is more secure and stable than a single track. This set of sliders has the bar on the inside of the track (the most common for BMW fitments).
